  • Customer Data: To join the Doing Business Doing Good Community we only ask you to provide us with your name and email so we can send you educational materials and related information for which you have shown interest. For courses and training programs, we will ask you to fill out more details: data needed to facilitate any purchases of goods and/or services such as your full name, email, company or organization you are working for, contact details (address, phone number), purchase details and your payment card details. We process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. In this way, we can provide you with the best possible service.

  • User Data: we may collect data about how you use our site and any online services together with any data that you post for publication on our site or through other online services.

5.  WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION  

The data we collect from you is stored in Switzerland or the European Economic Area (“EEA”) but may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside of the EEA. We may request proof of identification to verify your access request. You may instruct us to delete any information we hold by sending us an email. All requests will be effective immediately or within 30 days of initiating the request. Please note that some information may be retained for our full compliance with the law, which will be deleted at a later stage.
